REFUND POLICY

At Amped Sportsman, we take pride in offering high-quality products and services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring a return or refund. To ensure a smooth and fair process for both parties, please carefully review our refund policy below.


RETURNS

Our return policy covers 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is defective and covered under our warranty.


INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Your Responsibility at Delivery:
To protect your investment, we require all customers to carefully inspect their bike upon delivery and before signing the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).

  • What to Look For: Check for physical damage, missing components, or discrepancies in the product description.
  • Unsatisfied? Refuse Delivery: If the product does not meet your expectations, you may refuse delivery. Immediately notify our support team at sales@ampedsportsman.com to document the issue.

Important: By signing the Bill of Lading, you acknowledge that the bike has been delivered in satisfactory condition. Any issues identified after signing will be subject to our standard return policy, which includes potential deductions for use or damages.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:

  1. Unused Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and unridden. Any signs of use (e.g., tire wear, odometer readings, scratches, or dirt) will subject the return to deductions or rejection.
  2. Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and components. Packaging must be intact and protective.

Examples of Eligible Returns:

  • The wrong color was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged and was reported at the time of delivery.

REFUNDS FOR USED BIKES

We understand that you may change your mind after testing the bike. However, if the bike has been used or ridden, the following policies apply:

  • A deduction of 15% to 50% of the bike's sale price will be applied based on the extent of use, wear, and overall condition of the returned item.
  • Bikes with significant usage or damage (e.g., scratches, worn tires, or missing components) may not qualify for a return.

Determination of Use:
Our team will inspect the returned item and provide a detailed report documenting any wear or damage that impacts resale value.


SHIPPING FEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are fully responsible for the cost of returning the bike.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees (both outbound and return) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Shipping Carrier and Insurance: We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier with insurance for returns. Amped Sportsman is not responsible for damages incurred during return transit.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to us at sales@ampedsportsman.com with your order details, proof of purchase, and the reason for return.
  2. Approval Required: All returns must be pre-approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed and may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  3. Return the Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Timeline: Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item at our facility.


CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Returns may be refused, or deductions may apply if:

  1. The item is not in its original condition.
  2. Components, manuals, or accessories are missing.
  3. The bike shows signs of use, wear, or damage that impacts resale value.

Deductions: Depending on the condition of the returned item, 15% to 50% of the sale price may be deducted from the refund amount.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds (less applicable deductions and non-refundable shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.
  • Rejected Returns: If the return is rejected (e.g., due to significant use or damage), the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Examples of Refund Deductions:

  • Minor use or wear: 15%–25% deduction.
  • Significant wear or damage: 30%–50% deduction.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds may take several business days to process.
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at sales@ampedsportsman.com for assistance.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged during transit. To process an exchange, contact us at sales@ampedsportsman.com with proof of the defect or damage (photos or videos may be required).


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind after placing an order, cancellations are possible only before the order has shipped.

  • Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable transaction costs.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return under the terms outlined above.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

If your bike develops an issue after use, it may be covered under manufacture's warranty policy.


DISCLAIMERS

  1. Refused Deliveries: Items refused at delivery for reasons outside of damage or defect may still be subject to deductions or restocking fees.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-built bikes, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
