SHIPPING POLICY
At Amped Sportsman, we work with trusted logistics providers to ensure fast, secure, and transparent delivery of your order. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Bikes and large freight items may require additional preparation & inspection time prior to dispatch.

Once shipped, transit time varies based on destination and carrier availability.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship using freight carriers for bikes and larger components. Smaller parts & accessories may ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL depending on destination and warehouse routing.
DELIVERY APPOINTMENT FOR FREIGHT
All electric bikes ship via freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. You must be available during this scheduled delivery window.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY (REQUIRED)
You are required to inspect your shipment before signing the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt.
If there is visible damage, or something does not match your order — do not sign and refuse delivery immediately. Email us immediately at sales@ampedsportsman.com with photos/video so we can file the carrier dispute and resolve quickly.
Signing the delivery document indicates you accept the shipment in satisfactory condition.
SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise specified under warranty defect cases approved by Amped Sportsman.

We recommend return shipments be insured and packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Any additional fees due to incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or re-routing will be the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPPING
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If a return is requested post-shipment, the return will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and will be subject to applicable fees & deductions.
LOST / STOLEN SHIPMENTS
Amped Sportsman is not liable for shipments after successful delivery confirmation. If your package shows delivered and you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship within the United States unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product listing. For international inquiries, contact sales@ampedsportsman.com prior to ordering.
